Qualifications:
✏Pref. 21-35 years old
✏Graduate of any 2-4 yr. course. (Any course).
✏Experience is a plus but not required (preferably focused on selling high-end items like real estate, cars, insurances, etc.).
✏Must have a good character and be a great listener/follower
✏Excellent Communication Skills (English and Filipino/Tagalog)
Motivated, driven, passionate and goal-oriented
✏Equipped with basic working needs/tools such as but not limited to Mobile Phone, Laptop, Formal/Casual Attire, etc.
✏Knowledgeable with digital marketing (big advantage!)
✏Can work on-site / office / at home
Duties and Responsibilities:
📍To Promote and Sell High-end Properties of Alveo Land Corp. located in Pasig, Makati, Quezon City, Taguig, Cavite, Pampanga & other location (Sell All Projects)
📍Represent the company in events and client meetings
📍To be resourceful and maximize different channels in finding clients through digital marketing, networking, showroom manning, open-house events, etc.
📍Provide facts and detailed presentations about the projects while representing the company
📍To build and sustain good relationships with clients and colleagues/leaders
📍To give a detailed report to his/her manager and director
📍To meet the required quota based on the contract/agreement (monthly/quarterly)
💸Monthly Allowance/Salary Range: Php 14,000 – Php 20,000
💰2.5% Commission plus incentives
